Dr. Howard Liebgold, former Head of Rehab at Kaiser Permanente, developed Phobease: an anxiety treatment program for people, like him, who suffered from paralyzing anxiety, phobias, and obsessive-compulsive disorders. He coined the term "phoboc" to represent the anxious, phobic and obsessive-compulsives, who, also like him, were smart, caring, sensitive, capable, empathetic, creative, imaginative people who also suffered from debilitating worries that were limiting their ability to live full, expansive lives.

This anxiety workshop has helped thousands of people, including myself, find freedom from fear and go on to live fuller lives. As a graduate of the program, I know first hand how the program that Dr. Liebgold has developed can help us all safely face our fears and go on to live expansive lives.
